When I chose the Eggplant Vibrator from Funzze I didn’t initially realize that it could be used as a strapless strap-on, I just thought it was for dual stimulation. This two motor toy is designed with a “wiggling” and vibrating phallic end, and a more narrow end that I refer to as the “tail” as it makes me think of a scorpion’s tail when the toy is curled up.
Specs and Controls
The two motors can be controlled individually, so you can turn one end on without the other. If you turn on the phallic-shaped end you will get the wiggling and vibrations together, there’s no way to separate that. The “tail” end only vibrates. Each end has ten functions, 3 steady settings and 7 patterns. The Eggplant Vibrator has a smooth silicone coating, with an ABS plastic panel where the two buttons for control are. These buttons each operate a specific motor, so you have to press them to cycle through the functions. If you reach a function you don’t want, you have to turn the toy off to start over, or cycle through all the functions.

There is a heat function that only works for the phallic-shaped end. To turn it on you must power the toy on, by pressing the “head” button, and then double pressing this button, and a red light will turn on. I never think to use the heat function beforehand for myself, but it’s something my boyfriend will definitely appreciate when I do remember, because he is more sensitive to cold sex toys. It heats to 104 degrees Fahrenheit, which is a comfortable temperature, without feeling too hot.
The phallic end offers roughly 5-5.5” of insertion, depending on if you insert to the slightly raised bump or not, and about 1.25” at widest point. Fairly average size-wise, but its firm body has no give.
The vibrating tail end is roughly 4.5” long, and 1” at the widest point.

The Eggplant Vibrator takes roughly 4 hours to charge and has a run time of roughly 60 minutes. This will vary depending on what settings and functions you’re using I imagine. The Eggplant Vibrator charges magnetically, so just connect the included cable charger to the two metal dots on the body of the toy and plug in to a USB adaptor.
Eggplant Vibrator as Strapless Strap-on
My boyfriend has a sensitive G-spot, and sex toys that are too hard and too bulbous are uncomfortable for him, so when I saw the small size of the tail end of the Eggplant Vibrator I had a feeling it would be better suited to his needs than the previous strapless strap-on he tried.
When we used it he was immediately impressed by how easy it was for him to insert into his vagina. The vibrating tail focused on his G-spot very well. My main question was how well the adjustability would hold up once thrusting and the force of two bodies was involved. Turns out it’s firm enough to hold shape, while having enough flexibility to not become uncomfortable for either party. It stayed in the right spots for my boyfriend, stimulating his G-spot while allowing him to fuck me at various speeds. The level of slight flexibility and hold allows both people to feel in tune with what is happening to the other person’s body, as well.
When I asked my boyfriend what it felt like for him he said “sex”, and while that was a joke, and he did elaborate a lot more, it’s a good answer, too. When a sex toy enhances the experience for both people, and doesn’t become a source of anxiety or frustration because you’re spending so much time adjusting it that it takes you out of the moment then it’s doing a good job.
One of the aspects I really enjoyed about the Eggplant Vibrator being dual-ended is the fact both people are being internally stimulated at once, and if I move my hips and grind on one end, even as the one being penetrated, my boyfriend is going to feel it, too. This makes the Eggplant Vibrator a lot of fun for playing with power dynamics, from both sides.

Gender Affirmation of the Eggplant Vibrator
My boyfriend is FTM (female-to-male transgender) and the Eggplant Vibrator was quite gender affirming for him, as it gave him a full range of motion. It was easy for him to stay in the motion of thrusting without the need for constant adjustments. He could also feel when my own vaginal muscles would clench around the toy, as it would change how it moved inside his body, so it allowed his movements to be rather intuitive.
Is it Rumbly or Buzzy?
The Eggplant Vibrator has a very fair motor for its price range, especially considering there’s two. The vibration is a bit on the buzzy side, but it’s pretty powerful. My boyfriend is more sensitive to vibrations than I am so when we turned on the vibrating tail end while it was inside him he said it was quite intense, and there was no way to move it off of his G-spot if he needed to. I could feel the vibrations of just the tail being turned on, but not super intensely, and as I stated, I’m less sensitive to vibrations than he is.
Other times we’ve used the Eggplant Vibrator we accommodated for his vibration sensitivity by just turning on the wiggling and vibrating side (the end inside me). The vibrations still travel through the toy and he can feel them quite well, without the tail end being turned on; there’s no way to isolate the vibrations to just one person’s side. The narrow size of the tail means it stays pretty firmly pressed to his G-spot, too.
This is the only downside my boyfriend mentioned for himself, because he squirts and once that happens his G-spot is extremely sensitive for a few minutes so sometimes he has to stop and remove the toy until he’s not so sensitive.

G-spot Stroker Ability of the Eggplant Vibrator
The wiggling head, that is meant for focused G-spot stimulation, is too weak on the first setting for me, as my vaginal muscles cause it to stall entirely. Settings two and three work much better, but as I get closer to orgasm and I’m clenching tighter the motor is stalled if it’s penetrating me too shallowly. This isn’t a constant issue, and if it’s not too shallow it mostly doesn’t become an issue at all.
The patterns are a mixed bag, with some stalling at some points and others not having problems, but I don’t personally get use out of the patterns. There’s a decent variety though for those who enjoy patterns.
Overall, the wiggling ability is nothing to write home about, in my opinion. It’s not intense enough for me to feel like it’s adding a whole lot to the in and out thrusting. It doesn’t target my G-spot well, and I’ve not found a way to make the Eggplant Vibrator target my cervix, or A-spot well.

External Stimulator and Hands-free use
Many dual-stimulation sex toys suffer from the issue of not being the right size for every body. The Eggplant Vibrator aims to fix this issue by making the external stimulator flexible. This allows for the user to adjust the positioning of the tail to accommodate various needs. If your vaginal-to-clitoris (of preferred term) gap is bigger or smaller than average, and you haven’t had much success with rabbit-style vibrators fitting then the adjustable Eggplant Vibrator may suit your needs better.
Using the Eggplant Vibrator hands-free works quite well for me because I can shape it the way I need to for the external stimulator to stay on my clit, while keeping the wiggling end inserted. I can’t reach orgasm this way as the wiggling function doesn’t stimulate my G-spot enough, but the hands-free stimulation is convenient and does feel quite good. Once I reach the point I want to orgasm I can simply start thrusting the Eggplant Vibrator, tapping the external stimulator against my clit with every thrust.
Eggplant Vibrator and Accessibility
This adjustable tail also works really well as a handle. I’ve mentioned before that my hands have pain problems and holding sex toys can often become uncomfortable and sometimes even painful, so the adjustable tail on the Eggplant Vibrator sometimes helps me accommodate for this. I also have shorter arms so the extra handle length is useful to me. However, if I’m using the tail as an ergonomic handle I’m obviously not always prioritizing getting clit stimulation from it, but it’s easy enough to rub my clit with my fingers or add in a second toy.
The vibration does travel to the external stimulator end as I stated earlier, but it is not so extreme as to make my hand numb or itchy from the vibrations.

Do I suggest the Eggplant Vibrator?
The Funzze Eggplant Vibrator is going to get a lot of use as a strapless strap-on in my sex life, as it is my boyfriend’s favorite that he’s tried so far. It is the first strapless strap-on that I’ve tried as both the receiver and giver, and I also enjoyed it from both ends.
If you’re on the hunt for a vibrating strapless strap-on, especially in an affordable price range, I do suggest giving the Eggplant Vibrator a try. If you’ve found other strapless strap-ons uncomfortable as the wearer, because of the bulbous insert, or lack of movement, this may be your solution.
The Eggplant Vibrator is pretty good as a dual-ended stimulator, as it’s adjustable to different body needs, but I don’t foresee myself reaching for it often as a solo-use toy. I don’t feel that it really narrows in on any of my specific preferences for solo masturbation, which is cervical and fornices stimulation, and pinpoint clitoral stimulation.
Cleaning the Eggplant Vibrator and Storage
The Eggplant Vibrator is submersible waterproof so you don’t have to be concerned about water damage from cleaning. You will want to make sure you clean the seams around the two silver ABS plastic spots where they meet the silicone, as body fluid and lube can collect here. Clean with warm water and mild soap, sex toy cleaner, or sex toy cleaning wipes, and ensure the toy is dry before storage. Funzze includes a storage bag with all of their products so you can avoid dust and lint easier.
