The RiderGo is Viva Desire’s (VVD) new, rabbit-style vibrator, that comes with a G-spot targeting “fingering” attachment. It also enables you to take your attachments from the Rider Desire sex saddle, and use them in the RiderGo’s base.
I applaud VVD for making their products interchangeable like this rather than selling each variety of attachment with its own dedicated handle. This helps you to save money, and space. I also like the fact it lets you use the attachments that come with their saddle, even when you’re not in the mood to use the saddle.
I moved at the beginning of the year, so my Rider Desire Saddle and attachments are actually in storage, so I was not able to test out the original attachments with my RiderGo, so this review will focus on the RiderGo as a standalone product.

RiderGo Specs and Controls
The RiderGo is made of silicone, ABS plastic, and has magnetic docking and metal pins. The handle and the portions of the attachment that go inside you are covered in smooth silicone that glides well on the skin. I do suggest extra lube, especially for the external stimulator, as it helps everything just stay feeling more comfortable.
To power on your RiderGo press the top button (the one closest to the external stimulator) which has a power symbol. To lock your RiderGo for travel, or so it just doesn’t get turned on accidentally and waste battery, hold down the top (power) and bottom (external stimulator) while the toy is off, for 3 seconds. The LED will flash twice, indicating it is locked. To unlock it, follow the same steps, and the LED will flash twice again.
The RiderGo has a heating function, which heats to 104 degrees (42 Celsius). I never remember to use heating functions, but I know that many people prefer their silicone to not be cold. To turn the heating function on you must first power on the RiderGo, then turn on the fingering attachment, and then double press the attachment button (middle). The LED light will change color, indicating that the heating function has been engaged. To turn the heat off, double tap this button again, and the LED will go back to the original color. The heat function also disengages automatically when it reaches max temperature.

The finger attachment for the RiderGo has 6 functions, the first 3 functions being steady, and the following 3 being more like patterns. Each function strokes, but does not contain vibration. The attachment is controlled by the middle buttons represented by a square. The fingering attachment has roughly 4.25 inches insertable length, and is roughly 5.5 inches long total. It is about 1.15 inches wide at the widest point.
The external stimulator contains 7 settings, 3 steady, 4 patterns. The vibration of the external stimulator does not spread to the internal attachment, but it does have some transference to the handle. It has never made my hand numb or itchy, or been distracting when using the RiderGo. To control the external stimulator, press the bottom button, represented by the squiggly wave. The external stimulator is 2 inches long, the tip is .5 inches wide, and the bulb is .75 inches wide.
VVD says the battery for the RiderGo on a full charge is “up to 45+ minutes”, and I assume this is based entirely on what settings you’re using, and if you’re using both functions at once. I personally use both settings almost always, and both of them on their fastest functions, and I get more than 45 minutes out of the battery. I have only had the battery run out on me one time, so I don’t have any complaints there. The RiderGo takes 1.5 hours to charge, and is done so using a USB-C cable (included with the toy).
A Motor that Holds Up
I am hesitant about motor operated sex toys with moving functions, such as self-thrusting, pulsing, fingering, etc., because almost always they cave under the pressure of my vaginal muscles and stall or stop working entirely. The RiderGo immediately impressed me by not falling into this same category. The “fingering” attachment the RiderGo comes with has not stalled or stopped working a single time I have used it. The engineering VVD used for this motor has certainly impressed me in this regard, as I haven’t often experienced moving parts that can withstand the demands I place on them.
If you aren’t a frequent reader of this little blog you may not know that one of the main reasons I adore sex toys so much is because they are a tool I use to help manage my chronic pain. I experience a lot of pelvic and vaginal pain, so I seek out sex toys that can help aid in releasing the knots and tension I frequently have in, and around, my vaginal canal. The RiderGo specifically has been very useful for this because the motor can withstand the pressure I need to apply to deeply massage these knots.
Multiple Angles
Of course pain relief isn’t the only thing I’m looking for in a sex toy; I am aiming for multiple pathways to pleasure and release of endorphins. The RiderGo’s strong motor allows me to use it at multiple angles, for a variety of sensations and targeting of sensitive spots. I thoroughly enjoy very shallow penetration, and stimulation of my urethra, and VVD’s RiderGo has been excellent at providing this. I can tilt the toy with the handle aimed toward my stomach, so the fingering attachment is stroking right against my urethra and the entrance of my vaginal canal, while the external stimulator stimulates my clit.
I can insert the RiderGo shallowly to focus on the shallow portion of my G-spot, or turn it off center to stimulate my vestibular bulbs on either side of my vaginal entrance. The first couple inches of my vaginal canal are quite rich with sensitive nerves so stimulation feels good from almost every angle with the RiderGo.
The RiderGo also feels good inserted deeper. As the attachment and handle are two separate pieces I do run out of length that I can insert, and often find the handle portion pressing right against my entrance though. This attachment is aimed at G-spot stimulation, so its shorter size is understandable. However, as someone who really loves deep, cervical, and A-spot stimulation I would love for VVD to create a longer attachment, with the same “fingering” motion so I can use it against my cervix and its fornices.

Is it The One for your G-Spot?
Automatic G-spot stimulation, or at least stimulation with very little work out of me? This is a fantasy I can get behind, but the question is, can the RiderGo fulfill this?
What is considered ideal G-spot stimulation is of course going to be different for everyone. The RiderGo does not provide the steep angled intensity of my Njoy Pure Wand, but that’s not to say it doesn’t adeptly target my G-spot. I reach for the RiderGo when I want shallower penetration to stimulate the shallowest portion of my G-spot. It isn’t the sex toy I am going to reach for when I am craving super deep, and intense pressure on my G-spot. However, if I am craving the feeling of unrelenting consistency rubbing against my front wall the RiderGo is down for the job.
Does the RiderGo do all of the work for me? No, I still like to thrust the toy and move it around. I am sure it will be someone else’s perfect stationary sex toy where all they have to do is insert it and let the motors work their magic, but for myself I enjoy the sensation of moving the angled head on different spots.
Does the RiderGo Excel As a Dual Stimulator?
Dual stimulation sex toys, that is toys designed to be inserted while also stimulating external bits, aren’t going to stimulate every single person’s body perfectly, because we are all different. The RiderGo is no different in this regard. I get more use out of the external stimulator on the RiderGo than I have many other rabbit style vibrators, but it’s not a perfect fit for my body.
I enjoy the fact the tip flickers on the external stimulation piece because flickering sensations work well for me, as they feel more pinpoint to my clit. However, I don’t benefit from the flickering function depending on the angle I’m using the RiderGo at, especially the deeper I use it. However, the external stimulator arm does have a pretty solid bulb behind the flickering piece which still works fairly well for applying pressure to my clit the deeper I use the RiderGo.
The most important fact for the RiderGo’s external stimulator is that it’s flexible, so it doesn’t sharply jab into me no matter how vigorously I am thrusting, and I can move it around as I need. I can also hold it entirely back, out of my way, with my thumb if I don’t want it touching me.

How are the Vibrations?
The vibration motor for the external stimulator is pretty good. It has a bit of buzz, but contains enough rumble to not be numbing or completely useless for me. It has 3 solid vibration settings and 4 patterns. I personally stick to the solid settings, but 2 of the patterns are steady and predictable, so if I was ever in a mood for patterns they’re the ones I would seek out.
While the RiderGo doesn’t quite nail the exact shape for my body to perfectly benefit from both functions at once it does come quite close, and depending on the angle I am using the toy at I can almost say it’s perfect. I would prefer a little more power and/or rumble from the motor, but the external stimulator and its vibrations are simply a welcome guest to the main star, which is the finger attachment for me.

Ergonomic Handle and Button Controls
I really appreciate loop handles like the one on the VVD RiderGo because I find them very helpful when I am having hand and wrist pain. They’re also helpful if you have grip issues, general muscle weakness, or you have limited hand/wrist mobility.
The RiderGo has a 3 button control panel: power, attachment control, and external stimulator control. I am very fond of each function having its own control; you do however have to cycle entirely through each function if you go past the one you want, or turn the device off and back on to start over. I am okay with this in the RiderGo as it doesn’t have a wild number of settings to cycle through.
My only issue with the buttons on the RiderGo is they’re right on the front of the handle so I have more than once accidentally turned the toy off all together or cycled to a setting I didn’t want. The buttons are very easy to press, which I do appreciate for being disability friendly, but it definitely means you have to be mindful of where and how you’re holding the toy during use.

Cleaning, Maintenance, and is it Waterproof?
I highly suggest undocking the attachment from the RiderGo base when you are finished with it as lube and body fluids can collect in the chamber and if the metal pins or connection plates are damaged or corroded in any way it will impact the RiderGo’s ability to work.
The RiderGo is rated waterproof IPX7, which VVD rates as “brief immersion” on their website, but also says it’s waterproof and can be used in the shower or bath. I am very hesitant to recommend the RiderGo for shower or bathtub use because all that’s protecting the USB-C charging port is a flap of silicone that closes over it, and this flap is too easy to open. I also am concerned about how tightly the finger attachment is actually sealed overall, as I experienced water leaking out around the seam where the silicone and plastic meet after cleaning the toy, and that is just from running water, not submersion.

I use mild soap and a soft toothbrush to clean all of my sex toys, so I can make sure I get all seams, buttons and creases completely clean. You will want to ensure the plastic portion of the attachment, and the docking section of the handle get cleaned well, as lube and body fluids do get into the cavity. I suggest you make sure the metal pins, and metal docking plate inside the handle portion are entirely dry before reassembling the RiderGo.
