Elwyn the elf lord is the newest dildo at Squidly Co., a small business that’s owned and operated by two queer, trans, and neurodivergent people. Elwyn the elf lord is a humanoid model, designed by the talented Deviant Gardens, and poured by Squidly Co. It keeps to the realm of fantasy that all of Squidly Co.’s models are, while still catering to those that crave a realistic shape. Elwyn is the first dildo I have owned that I feel really caters to my love for submissive partners, and brings representation to that. Elwyn has a gorgeous vine/floral design ring wrapped around the balls and base of the shaft, and as someone who loves CBT (cock and ball torture) and bondage, I’m really into it. Squidly Co.’s logo is also “attached” to the vine with a little chain link design and it gives me such strong chastity cage lock feels, so again, love. The head is realistic shaped, with a small, pushed back foreskin. Elwyn also has some veins but they’re extremely subtle.
Elwyn’s Specs
Elwyn comes in three sizes, a 6, 7, and 8 inch model. The measurements, for each size can be found on SquidlyCo’s website.
I have the 6 inch model which has 4.75 inches of insertable length, and is 1.5 inches at the widest point.
Like all of Squidly Co.s creations the Elwyn dildo is made with platinum cure silicone. The 6 inch model weighs 10 ounces, and the 8 inch model weighs 22 ounces. (I do not know the weight of the 7 inch variety, as the website no longer lists weight). So if you’ve ever compared two silicone products and wondered why “just a couple inches” size difference changes the price so much on the same model, seeing the weight can help you understand just how much more silicone is used for the product.
Squidly Co. pours their toys in 3 silicone firmness options: soft density 00-30, medium density 00-50, and firm density shore A20. They have many color options, along with glitter and glow-in-the-dark choices.
My Elwyn dildo is the 6 inch model in medium 00-50 density silicone. I didn’t choose the coloration for my Elwyn, but I believe it’s clear, and it’s full of glitter.
Using Elwyn
The 6 inch Elwyn elf dildo is going to be excellent for anyone who wants their dildos short, thick, and without a curve. This elf lord feels quite girthy even with a fairly average diameter of 1.5 inches because the girth is fairly consistent from the head to the balls. The head is slightly more narrow, but not by much. I enjoy being able to use the Elwyn without using any other insertables for warm up because it’s big enough for me to feel a bit stretched, but not so big it’s a painful struggle. Of course, I’m still aroused when I do this, but it’s not a dildo I have to use 2-3 other dildos beforehand as warm up.
The head of the Elwyn dildo gives me a little extra stimulation with its slightly raised coronal ridge when I am first warming up with it, but after a while I stop noticing it.
I am someone who prefers for my insertables to be curved so unfortunately Elwyn’s very straight shape wasn’t a win for me. I need some curve in order to be able to stimulate my front wall, or to press into the sides of my vaginal canal, if I’m going to really enjoy it. I do enjoy the sensation of just being filled up, or stretched at times but the 6 inch model isn’t big enough to make me feel full the entire time I’m using it. Elwyn’s straight shape isn’t a negative thing, it just doesn’t suit my personal preference, so if you already know you enjoy straight shapes don’t be deterred.
Elwyn’s Texture
The Elwyn dildo is super smooth. If you need to avoid texture, or you just prefer smooth dildos this one won’t disappoint. While Elwyn has a bit of vein texture it is not perceptible during use, at all. The silicone isn’t draggy or sticky either; I, of course, still suggest using lube with silicone because it just makes the experience more enjoyable, but your body may produce enough fluids that you don’t need it.
I feel like Elwyn arrived in my life just a little bit late. Just last year I was still having some issues with textures and I would have gotten more use out of this smooth elf; however I am firmly in my texture era now. That being said, as someone who used to struggle with texture because of damaged skin I can definitely give the Elwyn dildo the smooth seal of approval. It doesn’t irritate my urethra, and I would have been able to use it even on my worst skin days.
Elwyn’s Balls
I like how the balls were designed to feel like the floral ring has them tied tight, because it really does add to the submissive partner, and CBT fantasy for me. The dip where the floral ring is also makes the balls easy for me to hold onto and turn the dildo upside down.
The balls do press against my butt cheeks, too, which prevents me from inserting a little bit of the length. I can flip the dildo around so the balls are upward to avoid this, but then they are in the way of me stimulating my clit. This won’t happen to everyone, it just depends on how your body is shaped.
The balls do make the Elwyn dildo anal safe and harness compatible, which is nice.
I haven’t used the Elwyn dildo anally yet because I have been slacking on sticking anything in my butt lately, so I am not ready for the 1.5 inch diameter currently. However, I’ve used enough toys anally to know that Elwyn is going to work well for me anally, when I am ready for its size again. The smoothness, straight shape, and short stature will actually be ideal for my butt, even if they’re not my vaginal preferences. The uniform shape of the shaft will mean that it won’t stay in on its own, but it will make thrusting very easy.
The Importance of Choosing the Right Size for You
While the Elwyn dildo was probably never going to be a perfect dildo for me because of the straight shape I would have enjoyed the larger size more. I would have been able to bash my cervix even if the lack of curve meant I couldn’t target any of my hot spots along my front wall, such as my G-spot or A-spot. The thicker circumference would have been better at making me feel stretched, and also would have put pressure along my front wall, which would have compensated some for the lack of curve.
It’s not that the 6 inch model of the Elwyn is bad, by any means, it just means it’s not very suited to some of my preferences. If you know you prefer to have more than 4,75 inches of insertable length I definitely suggest you spring for the 7 or 8 inch Elwyn.
Overall Thoughts
Elwyn may not be the best dildo for me (at least vaginally) but it certainly will be great for other people. Folks who prefer straight, smooth dildos need options, too, and I definitely think the Elwyn excels in those departments. Ultimately I will probably end up using my 6 inch Elwyn for anal use more than anything once I have worked back up to that size, because while it doesn’t match my vaginal preferences, it ticks off my anal-use preferences pretty damn well. I also really love the elven aesthetic of the model, and the submissive, CBT, and bondage vibes it gives me.

Cleaning the Elwyn is super easy, you just need mild soap and warm water. Pay a little extra attention to the floral ring when scrubbing. You can also sanitize any of Squidly Co.’s models in the dishwasher (no detergent), by boiling, or using the 10% bleach solution method.
